Abstract

|
A tuberculoma is a sharply circumscribed parencymal nodule, often containing viable
tubercle bacilli, that can develop in either primary or secondary disease.
The patient who is a 19-year-old woman with chief complaints of cough, dyspnes &
recent hemoptysis and has metastatic lesions on chest X-ray & chest CT scan and past
history of spontaneous abortion 3 months ago, identified with percutaneous transthoracic
lung biopsy for the diagnosis of tuberculoma. We report a case of tuberculoma
resembling metastatic nodule with reference.
